The owner and his family were super cool and always available to help us out. The rooms were so comfy, especially the beds - like sleeping on clouds! We loved that they had a playground for us to chill and have fun. And the best part? They had dry cleaning/laundry services, so we didn't have to worry about dirty clothes. It was the perfect spot for our young, party-going group!
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's a bit more excitement for young party animals like us. That would have made our stay even more memorable.

I had an incredible stay at the Smart Garden Villa in Hoi An. The value for money was unbeatable, with a spacious room and a huge, comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling center of Hoi An but far enough to enjoy some peace and relaxation. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me even after I had checked out. They even allowed me to use their printer, which was a lifesaver. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

This homestay is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An. the owners are incredibly accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the room is comfortable with a private balcony, providing a nice place to relax. the location is convenient, just a short walk away from the Old Town and next to a beautiful temple. the staff is extremely friendly and provided exceptional service, even helping to retrieve a lost item and sending it all the way to Germany.
One small downside is the tour operator for the Cham Islands tour could be improved, as it was not the best experience for some guests.

The owners were so chill and hooked us up with a sick time. They had a playground where we played basketball and volleyball, and there were even water balloon fights - so epic! Plus, they had a laundry service that took care of all our dirty clothes. It was straight fire!
The only thing that could've been better is if they had a pool party. Imagine how peng it would've been to chill by the pool, sipping on drinks and jamming to music.

The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We were able to rent a motorbike at a reasonable price and the breakfast was delicious. the bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Plus, the location was perfect, everything was within walking or biking distance from the hotel.
We had a small issue with our laundry, but it was a genuine mistake and we managed to resolve it despite some language barriers. It's best to be clear and double-check your requests to avoid any misunderstandings.
